Shipping Overview

Please note that if it is a non-auction item, the shipping cost will not be included. Please contact us before placing an order. Non-payment link items on the website will normally follow the following rules.

  • Free shipping on orders over $199 USD for the USA.
  • Free shipping on orders over $199 USD (approximately 260 CAD) for Canada.
  • Orders typically ship within 2-7 days, with potential delays during high order volumes or holiday seasons.
  • All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China.
  • Customs and Brokerage charges for USA shipments will be covered by us (DDP shipping method).
  • Shipments to Canada are subject to duty (DDU shipping method).
  • We reserve the right to employ an equivalent shipping method as needed.


USA Shipping Policy

Orders over $199 USD:

  • Enjoy Free Express Shipping (DHL/FEDEX/UPS) with delivery in 7-12 days (subject to local customs delays).

Orders over $120 but less than $199 USD:

  • Express Shipping fees of $16.9 USD (DHL/FEDEX/UPS) with delivery in 7-12 days (subject to local customs delays).

Orders less than $120 USD:

  • Express Shipping fees ranging from $24-39 USD (DHL/FEDEX/UPS) with automatic calculation. Delivery in 7-12 days (subject to local customs delays).


Canada Shipping Policy

Orders over $199 USD (about 270 CAD):

  • Enjoy Free Express Shipping (DHL/FEDEX/UPS) with delivery in 14-18 days (subject to local customs delays).

Orders less than $199 USD (about 270 CAD):

  • Express Shipping fees of $35 USD (DHL/FEDEX/UPS) with delivery in 14-18 days (subject to local customs delays).

Damage/ Missing / Defective

  • Please report any damaged, missing, or defective items within 48 hours of receipt.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers will be emailed at the time of shipment or as soon as they become available. We closely monitor your parcel's status to ensure a smooth delivery.


Packing

  • All items are individually wrapped with ample cushioning materials.
